Division 16 International Convention News by Div 16 Webmaster Nate Gallahan

Division 16 did exceptional well at the 46th AFSA International convention in Atlanta, GA last month winning several awards.   The following Chapters/organizations/people were recognized:

Chapter 1657/Aviano, IT recognized for greatest growth percentage for an active Chapter
Division 16/International Website of the Year Award
Division 16/Lee R. Thompson Award of Excellence - Awarded to the field activity whose contributions had a major impact on growth, retention, management and community service.
TSgt Trey Franks/Ch 1669, Lakenheath, England – International Member of the Year
CMSgt (Ret) Tim Litherland/Div 16 President – International President’s Award – special recognition of contributions to the success of AFSA and its goals.
