Chief Master Sgt. (ret.) Tim Litherland/Division 16 President was elected International Vice President during AFSA International’s 46th annual convention in Atlanta, GA 15 – 19 August 2009. Past President Litherland stated his gratitude to those who supported his election bid and said “It was a bitter sweet to give up the Division presidency but the Division is in great hands as Chief (Sel) Jose Lugo-Santiago (Chapter 1674, Ramstein) has moved up to lead the best Division in AFSA.” President Lugo-Santiago is assembling his management team and is looking forward to continuing “Sweet 16’s” commitment to excellence.
