The AFSA Manual 100-2 "Policies and Procedures" has been updated with changes from the Mid-Year March Meetings.  It has been uploaded to the AFSA Web Site. NOTE: This is a core AFSA document. Make sure that your chapter leadership goes through this manual. We cannot run the chapters as booster clubs. Running your chapters are very, very similar to running a corporation.
